Binance Launches P2P Merchant Referral Program for CIS and CEE Markets

Binance has just launched a new Merchant Referral Program for the CIS and CEE regions. It offers cash rewards to users who bring fresh liquidity providers onto its P2P marketplace. This campaign kicks off on October 29, 2026, and runs through the end of the year. Both the person making the referral and the new merchant get USDC token vouchers, helping deepen P2P liquidity across nine specific countries.

How the Rewards Work

The system rewards growth. When a referred merchant finishes their identity verification and makes their first P2P trade, the referrer earns a 50 USDC voucher. New merchants also have 30 days to hit specific targets to unlock further bonuses.

Milestone Trading Requirements Merchant Reward
Level 1 60 trades, 20,000 USDT volume 50 USDC
Level 2 120 trades, 40,000 USDT volume 100 USDC

Only new P2P merchants based in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Belarus, Ukraine, and Moldova can take part. To qualify for a payout, merchants need to stay active for at least 10 days while keeping an 80% trade completion rate.

Joining the Program

Getting started is simple. Referrers must complete identity verification and submit the official referral form. Once the new recruit makes their first trade, the platform processes the referrer’s reward during a bi-weekly review. Binance issues the token vouchers in a single batch within the first two weeks of every month. You can claim these via the Rewards Hub, but keep in mind they expire 30 days after issuance.

Binance watches for fraud closely. Any account caught wash trading or manipulating the market faces immediate disqualification. Before jumping into P2P trading, make sure you understand your local regulations. This helps keep your account safe and compliant while you participate in the program.
