Innophant Roadshow Arrives in Manesar, Spotlighting Campus-Born Innovation

Innophant’s idea-first innovation movement continued its national journey this week as the Innophant Roadshow arrived at Amity University Manesar, unfolding amid the vibrant celebrations of Amifest, the university’s annual cultural and talent festival.

Unlike conventional startup showcases confined to formal auditoriums, the Manesar edition of the roadshow took place in an atmosphere already buzzing with creativity. Across the campus, students were performing, exhibiting talents, and participating in competitions — from music and dance to art and cultural showcases — turning the university into a live celebration of youthful energy.

Against this dynamic backdrop, innovation found its own stage.

Where Talent Meets Innovation

As Amifest brought together diverse expressions of student creativity, the Innophant Roadshow added another dimension — intellectual and problem-solving talent.

It was a reminder that innovation is not isolated from culture or creativity. It grows within it.

From AI-driven platforms to community-oriented ventures and everyday problem-solving solutions, young innovators stepped forward to present ideas that reflected both ambition and awareness of real-world challenges.

The Manesar stop reinforced a larger trend emerging across Indian campuses: students are no longer waiting to enter corporate spaces to innovate. They are ideating, building, and testing solutions while still on campus.

Nine Innophants, Nine Emerging Solutions

The Manesar edition featured nine young innovators presenting ideas that reflected both personal insight and real-world problem solving. Their concepts spanned mental health, artificial intelligence, lifestyle innovation, communication technology, food systems, and social development.

  • Adhiraj Chauhan – Air App
A mental health-focused application designed to provide support across multiple therapeutic approaches. The platform aims to make structured mental wellness guidance more accessible and adaptable to individual needs.
  • Ankit Anant – Alphie AI
A routing layer for artificial intelligence systems, designed to optimise how AI models are deployed and integrated. The idea seeks to streamline AI utilisation and improve efficiency across applications.
  • Keshav – Mind Mining
A mental health platform focused on understanding and addressing psychological challenges through structured digital engagement. The concept centres on early intervention and accessible support.
  • Pritam – Nayi Udaan
An innovative furniture concept — a multifunctional dining table designed to consolidate various dining and utility needs into a single, efficient structure. The idea blends design thinking with practical everyday solutions.
  • Uditanshu Kanda – Kanda Incorporated
A wearable innovation featuring customisable smart glasses. Users can change the colour and style of their eyewear with a single click, merging fashion flexibility with technology-driven convenience.
  • Aadit & Ritika – Koi Hai
A social discovery application designed to help individuals build meaningful social connections and engage in shared activities, addressing the growing challenge of social isolation among youth.
  • Amit – Speech Analyser
A technology-driven solution aimed at identifying and assisting with speech and word disorders. The platform seeks to automate preliminary analysis and create a structured bridge between patients and medical professionals.
  • Yogita – Corporate Dabba
A community-driven food service model connecting families who prepare homemade meals with corporate professionals seeking healthier alternatives to conventional office food options.
  • Daksh – Lifely
A social awareness initiative focused on bridging gaps in age-appropriate sex education and civic understanding, aiming to foster informed, responsible youth engagement.

Their ideas spanned artificial intelligence, mental wellness, speech analytics, food solutions, community platforms, and impact-driven ventures.

What distinguished the session was its format. These were not high-pressure startup pitches. Each Innophant presented an idea in evolution — open to questioning, refinement, and deeper exploration.

Leadership Perspective: Turning Legacy into Innovation

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Vikash Madhurkar, Pro Vice Chancellor, Amity University Manesar, spoke about transforming academic legacy into innovation capital.

He highlighted how institutions with deep-rooted academic foundations can empower young innovators to convert ideas into long-term economic value. His remarks underscored a key theme of the roadshow — innovation does not discard legacy; it builds upon it.

Guidance Without Judgement

The session was led by Manoj Singh, Founder & Editor of TICE, along with ecosystem voices and university leadership.

Rather than focusing on funding, valuation, or immediate scalability, discussions centred on:

  • Problem clarity

  • User understanding

  • Depth of thinking

  • Long-term sustainability

Mentors acted as Innophant Sherpas and Catalysts — guiding students through constructive questioning rather than evaluation.

This format reinforced Innophant’s philosophy: innovation must be nurtured at the idea stage, before it becomes a business plan.

From Festival Energy to National Platform

The convergence of Amifest and the Innophant Roadshow created a unique moment on campus — where artistic expression and entrepreneurial thinking coexisted.

As performances echoed across the campus grounds, parallel conversations inside the innovation session reflected another kind of talent — the ability to identify problems and design solutions.

The Manesar edition demonstrated that India’s innovation story is not limited to startup hubs or metro ecosystems. It is unfolding in campuses where culture, creativity, and curiosity intersect.

With each city, Innophant continues to expand Bharat’s Idea Bank — one campus, one conversation, one evolving idea at a time.
