Binance has officially rolled out a limited-time Spot Taker Program Promotion, offering active market participants an opportunity to secure substantial taker fee discounts. Effective from November 9, 2026, the campaign runs through January 3, 2027, catering to high-volume traders operating across eligible USDT-quoted and USDC-quoted spot trading pairs.
How the Tiers and Discounts Work
The promotion is structured around a weekly assessment of a user’s spot taker volume share across combined USDT and USDC pairs. Binance has established a clear entry threshold at 0.05% weekly volume share, activating a sliding scale of fee rebates categorized into three distinct tiers.
| Fee Tier | Weekly Spot Taker Volume Share | Taker Fee Discount |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0.05% ≤ X < 0.2% | 5% |
| 2 | 0.2% ≤ X < 1.5% | 10% |
| 3 | X ≥ 1.5% | 15% |
Sub-account trading volumes and fees are aggregated directly at the master account level for tier assessment and reward distribution. To keep the playing field fair, self-trades, wash trades, and zero-fee promotional pairs are explicitly excluded from the calculations.
Getting Started and Getting Paid
No manual application or enrollment is required to participate in the promotion. Eligible accounts are automatically identified by Binance on a weekly basis, spanning Mondays at 00:00 (UTC) to Sundays at 23:59 (UTC).

Rather than applying directly at the point of trade, taker fee discounts are returned as direct asset distributions to the user’s master Spot Account before Friday of the following week. Fees paid on USDT pairs return as USDT distributions, while USDC pair fees return as USDC distributions. Traders can track these rewards directly via their account transaction records.
