Binance Wallet has announced a new trading competition for Irys (IRYS) on the Binance Alpha platform. The Binance Alpha IRYS trading competition will run from June 4 to June 11, giving traders the chance to compete for a share of $100,000 in rewards.
Binance users who trade $IRYS on the Binance Wallet (Keyless) or Binance Alpha will qualify to share in the rewards. Traders who trade IRYS on the first and second day will get a 3x multiplier on all their cumulative IRYS buy positions.

Details of the Binance IRYS Trading Competition

- Contest Duration: June 4, 2026, to June 11, 2026, 13:00 (UTC)
Eligible trades will be ranked based on your total purchase volume on IRYS during the Promotion Period. Sells and trades won’t count. Traders who make the top 2,000 by trade volume will earn 2,380 $IRYS tokens.
This competition also has a unique early bird multiplier system for early traders. For those who trade on the first four days, their effective trading volume will be multiplied by 3x. The breakdown of the multiplier throughout the IRYS trading competition is:

Your ranking will be on Daily Effective Trading Volume = Actual Trading Volume * Early Bird Boost Multiplier. This means that IRYS buys on June 4 to June 8 of $10,000 will count as $30,000 in effective trading volume. The same $10,000 IRYS purchase on June 11 will count as $10,000.

Rising Trader Boost
The IRYS trading competition will also feature the new Rising Trader Boost system. This boost applies to anyone who has won rewards in less than five previous Binance Wallet Alpha trading competitions.
Rising Traders will receive a 2x boost on their calculated trading volume. The cap limits the maximum actual volume to $5,000. If you qualify for both boosts, you get an even bigger boost to your trading volume.
Your effective daily volume equals your actual volume multiplied by the Early Bird rate, plus your capped volume multiplied by the Rising Trader rate.
With the same example, the Early Bird Boost of $10,000 on Day 1 = $30,000. Your Rising Trader Boost of $10,000 (only $5,000 qualifies). This means that the Rising Trader Boost = $5,000 * 2 = $10,000. Your Effective Trading Volume will be $20,000 + $10,000 = $30,000.
How To Participate in the $IRYS Trading Competition
To participate in the $IRYS trading competition, do the following.
- Join the Event: Open your Binance App, navigate to the event page, and click the Join Now button. Only trades made after clicking Join will count.
- Prepare Your Wallet: Ensure you have created and backed up a Binance Wallet (Keyless).
- Purchase IRYS: Execute buy orders for IRYS via the Binance Wallet or Binance Alpha. Note that only cumulative purchases count; selling volume is excluded.

Important Rules for the IRYS Trading Competition
If you are participating in the IRYS trading competition, it’s best to understand the rules to know what kind of trades qualify:
- Eligible Platforms: Only trades via Binance Wallet (Keyless) or Binance Alpha qualify. Third-party dApps and token bridging are excluded.
- Only cumulative IRYS buy trades will count.
- Token bridging transactions are not eligible for this Promotion.
- There is no maximum limit on how much you can trade.
- You have to claim your tokens within 14 days of them becoming available, or they will be forfeited.
Binance can disqualify any accounts involved in wash trading, bulk registrations, or market manipulation.
If you rank in the top 2,000 traders, you will receive 2,380 IRYS tokens at the end of the trading contest. You have 14 days to claim the rewards, or Binance will consider that you forfeit the rewards. Once rewards are marked as claimable, they do not remain in your dashboard indefinitely.
